We are seeking a Front Desk Office Coordinator for our Oral Surgery Practice located in our Colony Square location in Midtown Atlanta.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Your days will go by quickly as you expertly answer the phone, help patients schedule appointments, create patient accounts, check patients in, post payments, convert treatment plans, assist with scheduling surgeries and other duties as assigned. You will work closely with other professionals to form a highly effective team which attends to the administrative tasks of the office. You will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth. You must be able to travel to other office locations.
