Proclaiming Grace Outreach (PGO) is looking for a part-time Administrative Support Specialist to replace our current person who is retiring. This position provides support for and reports directly to the Executive Director.
A priority for being hired for this position is to have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Word using Mail Merge and Excel, as well as MS Access. Being able to write queries is a plus.
This active position, while providing excellent customer service, performs a variety of clerical duties including but not limited to:
· Distributing information
· Answering phones
· Maintaining files
· Creating and sending correspondence/emails
· Maintain and order supplies
· Sending and receiving mail and packages
· Assisting in various daily operations
· Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
· Greeting guests and visitors
· Lifting of 10-15 pounds
· Sending of text messages

The fixed schedule for hours is Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 2:00 p.m.
