Outside Sales Account Executive
Commercial printing company looking for upbeat, forward-thinking individuals to join our Sales team.
Experience in the commercial printing, packaging or publication industry preferred but not required. The right person enjoys working with people, brainstorming ideas and working in an industry with endless opportunities to grow sales.
A great Account Executive is Assertive, Amiable, Expressive and Analytical. They’re extremely competitive; confident in themselves, the company they work for and product offerings; and resilient when a sell doesn’t go through.
A great sales rep is never defeated. Industry veterans are not required to bring a book of business. Applicants new to the industry will go through a 60-day training period before working with the Sales Manager and clients.

➢ Care about success for West Press and all customers Decent computer skills – can navigate the in-house print MIS program, Microsoft Office, email and social media sites
➢ Willingness to help production with large projects or ones with a tight turn time
➢ Highly organized – able to stay on top of multiple projects and print orders at the same time
➢ Willingness to talk with clients outside of normal business hours – within reason
➢ Cold calling to build leads and generate new business
➢ Open to joining leads groups or industry related organizations This position may require traveling to other parts of Arizona or out-of-state for business purposes
Reliable transportation is a must.
Full-time, a minimum of 40 hours per week is required Compensation depends on industry experience.
Most compensation includes a base pay commission along with mileage and expense reimbursements.
Range: $30k - $40k base with commission between 5 – 8%
