Edict Systems has an opening in our Sales department for an Account Executive. We are committed to creating an environment centered around transparency, honesty, and customer service. In this role you will interact directly with some of the world’s largest retailers, manufacturers, and suppliers such as Kroger, Walmart, Meijer, CVS, Honda, and Toyota. This position is responsible for developing relationships to assist our clients in conducting transactions electronically using our Electronic Trading Network.

Duties and Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales goals by communicating verbally over the phone, video and leveraging email and social media as methods of communication
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Updating the HubSpot CRM with all required information associated with daily activities
Conduct professional inbound and outbound communications with potential, new and existing clients in written and verbal form
Follow up with customers/potential customers based on previously set customer and company expectations
Maintain and grow client relationships to enhance customer retention

Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Qualifications
Highschool diploma required
2 years of business development/sales required
Ability to travel for work up to 10% of the time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for tradeshow set up and teardown

Position works from our corporate headquarters, in Beavercreek, OH. Options are available for a hybrid work model at the conclusion of the initial training
