Our Opportunity
Fetch is growing our multifamily services platform and we re looking for a data-driven, customer-focused, and resourceful Growth Product Manager (PM) to join our team with a special focus on growing our newly launched business-to-consumer (B2C) services. You ll play a vital role in the success and adoption of new direct-to-resident service offerings.
What you'll do:
- Develop an intimate understanding of Fetch s growth model and identify the highest points of leverage to drive adoption of new service offerings.
- Identify as well as implement opportunities for funnel optimization, conversion rate improvements, and user engagement/retention tactics.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing, Product Design, Data Science, and Engineering teams to develop product/service hypotheses, build out experimental roadmapping, rapidly test, and launch viable initiative in order to drive growth.
- Spearhead product along with service growth strategies across the Fetch consumer lifecycle from move-in and activation, to services adoption and retention.
- Participate in an individual contributor capacity in developing the company's go-to-market strategy as we scale new services across our entire warehouse ecosystem at a nationwide scale.
- Partner with Category Managers to understand what products drive first-time conversion & continued use consumer outcomes.
- Facilitate continuous elicitation of user research & insights to obtain a deep understanding of user shopping preferences and how to best tailor our product offerings to unlock new customer segments.
- Partner with product designers and engineers in collaborating on new feature development and bring a comprehensive understanding of the problems to be solved and the outcomes to be achieved.
- Dedicated passion towards problem solving along with a keen sense of creating data-driven business outcomes relating to decision making.
What you'll need:
- 5 years of experience in a growth marketing or product management role with a focus on growth, in a fast-paced, high-growth B2C company
- Experience in mobile-first products, service based offerings, two sided marketplaces, or delivery services marketplaces is a plus
- Proven track record of driving meaningful growth with a B2C product
- A deep understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, retention, etc.) and how to influence them
- Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies
- Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Pendo, etc.
- A track record of cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Comfortable driving results under resource constraints
- Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Comfortable working hands on with data and performing ad-hoc analysis
