Duties:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
