Overview
The Event Floral Design Manager sells and oversees the production of corporate and social event floral orders (some weddings). Their main duties include meeting with clients, writing event proposals, executing floral designs for corporate events and social event orders, managing part-time and freelance designers, creating weekly design schedules, assisting with rental inventory management, and ensuring smooth and timely completion of each corporate/personal event. Reports to ownership.

- 2 years event sales experience
- strong computer skills (Office products, Canva, Google workplace) and the ability to quickly learn new online tools

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
