We are currently seeking a Production Development Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an external facing job interacting with customer with intentions of assisting to grow our business vie product development initiatives. Will provide technical expertise in product development to ensure application performance expectations are fully understood and the packaging solution fully meets customer expectations. Includes needs in production, packing, distribution, customer end user experience, and end of life packaging performance needs.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage development responsibilities for specific customers and/or market segments
• Facilitate technical meetings and development activity with customers
• Work with raw material vendors to ensure supply options meet performance expectations
• Facilitating internal development trials as needed for specific performance metrics
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: 4 yr. degree
• Experience: 8-20 years in flexible packaging
• Skills: Knowledge of blown film, PE resin and Additives, product development experience
