Job Summary: Perform, producing, packaging of flour and crisp rice. May include driving of forklift or telescoping forklift. Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment. Follow food safety, legal, quality, process control policies and regulations. Maintain required company forms and records. Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead operator or a member of management. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
