Hours: 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Summary: Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a strong candidate to add to our Regrind Operator team. The successful candidate will be responsible for grinding plastic scrap material, performing changeovers, and prepping shipments accordingly.

Specific Task

• Log all input and output.
• Grind plastics scrap according to material type and sequence.
• Properly label according to suppliers specifications.
• Completely clean machine at any changeover.
• Alternate grinding of materials (i.e. HDPE, PET, PETG, GPETG) to keep backlog down.
• Perform quality check when filling gaylords.

Expectation

• Complete traceability.
• No contamination, returns, complaints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of an organization
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs continuously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
