Ramika D. Stephens, insurance staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies is seeking a Paralegal to join our Fairfax, VA office.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize workload, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast pace electronic environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting attorneys with conducting client discovery meetings, drafting written discovery objections and responses, drafting reports, drafting medical summaries/chronologies, and trial assistance.

• 2 years of recent experience in civil litigation practice preferably in insurance defense
  
• Strong organizational skills are required in this fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity utilizing the Virginia Rules of Civil Procedures.
• Working experience in answering discovery and drafting medical summaries/chronologies.
• Strong software/technical skills including experience working in a case management system.
• Experience working in an electronic/digital environment.
