Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter to join our team. As our customers' first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and provide information about our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers as they enter the establishment and provide assistance as needed.
• Guide guests who are coming just to play or for a birthday party and provide directional assistance.
• For guests that come to play, instruct them to complete the waiver at the kiosk first and then proceed to the Front Desk to buy or redeem their tickets.
• For guests who are coming to a birthday party, provide the location of the birthday party, confirm they have the waiver signed, or ask them to complete and print one. If the person is the birthday parent, ask for an ID and credit card and call the assigned party host.
• Answer questions about park amenities, events, and attractions.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions inquiries.
• Supervise the entrance area to ensure a smooth flow of customers and maintain an organized environment.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays to enhance visual appeal.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or directing inquiries appropriately.
• Engage in sales activities by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.

Experience

• Friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the park's features and events.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is optional but optional.
• Strong communication skills are necessary, including confidently engaging with customers.
