Parking Attendant distributes tickets to customers and collects payments in a parking facility. Directs customers to appropriate parking spaces. Being a Parking Attendant may park and retrieve automobiles in a full-service parking lot or garage. Greets guests and ensures timely service. Additionally, Parking Attendant may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires Driver's license. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parking Attendant works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The ideal candidate for a Valet Parking Attendant position at Premier Parking is energetic, outgoing, polite, responsible, and professional; works well under pressure, enjoys servicing people, and possesses strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal). The ability to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending is a requirement of the position. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred, but not required.
