- Parking Ambassador Supervisor is part of Soiree Valet’s team in its Menlo Park, CA based locations. Job Details: Full Time, Monday through Friday (daytime operations) Opportunity for overtime on evenings and weekends Hourly Rate of $27/hour Benefits: Health care plan, holidays, vacation and sick leave accrual and 401k match Location: Menlo Park, CA Responsibilities: Operations Actively participate in valet parking, stack parking and parking ambassador operations at Soiree Valet’s Menlo Park based location Oversee small operations teams in providing exceptional customer service A strong candidate will have: Excellent customer service, communication (both written and verbal) skills. A strong and dedicated work ethic. Leadership skills and a managerial approach to problem solving. Strong attention to detail Ability to report data in accurate and timely manner. Experience with Microsoft 365 products Experience within the Parking or Hospitality industry preferred.
