We are looking for a part-time or full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service to all our customers for their vaping needs. On the job training will be provided during a 90 day training period. Training includes a product knowledge test and general customer service. The perfect candidate will have previous vape store or customer service experience, previous knowledge of current vaping products and trends. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the Vaping industry will ultimately make you successful in this role. Candidates with weekend availability, flexible schedule, and able to work from our 4 locations as needed will stand out. If you are a student we are willing to work with you on scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and offer help and guidance with all their vaping needs
• Respond quickly and accurately to customer questions and concerns
• Advise and assist customers about vape products
• Provide price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Stay up-to-date with new products
• Process payments
• Manage returns
• Cleaning
• Stocking
• Inventory
• Item transfers

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Basic math skills
• High school degree
• Personal Car

Preferred Requirements

• Previous vape store experience or knowledge of vaping and vape industry
• Friendly Personality
• Weekend availability and flexible schedule is a plus
• Computer skills
• Previous cash handling experience
• Sales experience
