Parts Director oversees all parts operations including accounting, parts systems, processes and procedures. - Strong knowledge of data entry, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), demand planning, automotive diagnostics, shipping receiving, inventory control, equipment repair, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), warehouse management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving organizational goals
