Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff members
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the organization

Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position
- Strong knowledge of data entry, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), demand planning, automotive diagnostics, shipping receiving, inventory control, equipment repair, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), warehouse management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving organizational goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
