Parts Exchange jobs in Fort Myers, FL
Parts Exchange identifies, inspects, coordinates, and processes parts to be exchanged. Dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Being a Parts Exchange monitors all backorders and communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales, customers, and branches. Updates and monitors the parts inventory database and places orders as needed. Additionally, Parts Exchange generates progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory and keeps records of completed orders. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parts Exchange works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Qualifications
General Duties
- Making outbound calls to generate appointments
- Educating guest on the options available through Vehicle Exchange
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Tracking all activity in CRM
- Developing relationships with guest
- Leading customers through the entire acquisition process
- Appraise trades
- Following up with customers after the acquisition
Requirements
- Good work ethic and strong desire to advance in this industry.
- Ability to meet the hours requirements
- Must be high energy and highly detailed and display honesty and integrity.
