Parts Exchange identifies, inspects, coordinates, and processes parts to be exchanged. Dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Being a Parts Exchange monitors all backorders and communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales, customers, and branches. Updates and monitors the parts inventory database and places orders as needed. Additionally, Parts Exchange generates progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory and keeps records of completed orders. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parts Exchange works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are immediately seeking individuals for the Local Coordinator position who have experience in youth exchange and/or willing to be trained. Responsibilities include recruiting and screening volunteer host families, facilitating positive relationships with local schools, and supporting exchange students during their program in the United States.

This is considered a flexible part-time work from home position and is supplemental commission income. On average, a local coordinator who places 5 to 25 (academic year) students, earnings can range between $4,000-$30,000 annually in compensation from placement fees, supervision fees and bonuses.
