UNDER GENERAL SUPERVISION SERVES AS A WORKING LEADER AT THE MAIN STORE WHICH HAS A SINGLE GRADE OVERSIGHT AT M-4 LEVEL AS MATERIAL HANDLER (ECOMMERCE).
1.PROVIDES WORK DIRECTION, TRAINING AND JOB ORIENTATION TO WORKERS. ENSURES ADEQUATE COVERAGE IN THE WORK AREA DURING PEAK PERIODS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PRESCRIBED STAFFING GUIDANCE.
2.PARTICIPATES, ALONG WITH THE SUPERVISOR / MANAGEMENT, IN THE ESTABLISHMENT & ACHIEVEMENT OF OPERATIONAL GOALS. SOLICITS SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS FROM WORKERS ON WAYS TO IMPROVE AND ACHIEVE OPERATIONAL GOALS.
3.ENSURES ADEQUATE STOCK OF SUPPLIES NEEDED IS MAINTAINED FOR ORDERS, REPLENISHMENT AND SHIPPING. 4.AS A LEADER, TRAINS THE STAFF AND PROVIDES GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED.
6.IDENTIFIES INEFFICIENCIES, SLOWDOWNS AND MAKES IMMEDIATE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE SUPERVISORS FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION. 7.ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH ESTABLISHED SAFETY, SECURITY, AND FIRE PREVENTION PROCEDURES AND DIRECTIVES.
