Kendall Auto Group offers competitive compensation through base group commission pay plans. Employees in this position typically bring home $30,000-$70,000 annually depending on their drive and customer service skills. This is not an entry level position. We are seeking candidates with automotive parts experience, operations and supervision including knowledge of and experience with manufacture specific catalogues.

We are a premier employer in the area and our dealership serves not only the local community but also all the outlying, rural communities with all their Ford and DCJR OEM parts and service needs. This means there is no lack of work for our parts personnel.

Job duties will include:

• Train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of department employees.
• Document employee performance, and policy and procedure compliance.
• Review operational expenses and collections.
• Assist customers and resolve customers concerns.
• Prepare and perform inventory.
• Maintain appropriate stocking levels.
• Ensure parts sales are at appropriate pricing.
• Actively perform management activities as part of a cooperative company-wide team environment.

Work in performed indoors spending up to 75% of work shift using computers and phone systems. Standing and walking for up to 30% of work shift is required to assist clients at the counter and deliver parts to technicians. Carrying and lifting 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds rarely required when moving parts.
