Parts Manager jobs in Flint, MI

Joe Ricci's Ordus Ford in Bad Axe, MI is currently looking for a quality Parts Manager. Previous parts experience is a plus, but not mandatory. This person must be organized, dependable, motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.

Qualified applicants will be working in our parts department full-time and will be responsible for:

- Being friendly, professional, prompt and efficient when working will all customers, both on the phone and in-person, to meet customer service goals

- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information

- Performing good communication with technicians

- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the right document and computer system

- Make sure incoming inventory is stocked in the proper location

- Keep the parts department in a clean and organized manner

- Prioritize services

- Be available to work five days a week.

Candidate must have the following:

- Valid driver's license.
