We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Parts Assistant Store Manager at our Napa Auto Parts store. Must have Auto Parts experience and knowledge of automotive systems. Must provide retail expertise and strong and positive leadership to the store and report to the Store Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Know how to provide daily leadership and create and sustain a culture of employee engagement alongside the Manager
• Assist in store operations to maximize sales, profits and customer service
• Assist and engage team to deliver superior levels of customer care and business results
• Inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issues
• Overall cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room and outside areas
• Drive NAPA operational and marketing programs while steering toward continuous improvement in processes and procedures
• Assist Manager in growing customer relationships, help with sales/service questions, and ensure a positive experience both in the store and on the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
