Pastor directs religious services and all daily operations of an organization. Provides spiritual leadership, guidance, and assistance to members. Being a Pastor supervises church staff and associated administrative businesses to ensure operational needs are met. Designs and oversees outreach and educational programs and events to support the community. Additionally, Pastor coordinates volunteers to ensure community outreach goals are fulfilled. Performs religious services, leads prayer, and conducts worship. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a regional or chapter manager. The Pastor typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Pastor typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Qualifications:
    • A person who loves kids in their critical teenage years.
    • A person who exhibits the following character and quality traits: fun!!!, self-starter, relationship builder, good communicator, high capacity, “whatever it takes” attitude, highly organized, dependable, confidential, servant heart, attention to detail, good instincts in decision-making, personable, team player “All in” with Jesus and “all in” with our church (culture and chemistry).
    • One who embraces a theology that is both “evangelical” and “charismatic” while avoiding the excesses of either aspect.
    • A person who has effectively led youth ministry at another church for several years.
    • Experienced and knowledgeable in leadership and leading volunteers.

    Responsibilities:
    • An integral part of our church and its Leadership Team
    • The “go to” person on Sunday mornings for all things Mission Youth by actively engaging with volunteers, parents, and students as you attend the 10:00am service and then lead Youth Group during the 11am service
    • Taking Youth Group to the next level.
    • Expanding youth ministry by launching mid-week programming.
    • Creating a sustainable volunteer culture through recruiting, training, nurturing, and scheduling.
    • Championing curriculum and content in Youth classroom.
    • Planning and overseeing of several special events for youth throughout the year.
