The Worship Pastor at Be Hope Church – Beavercreek Campus will lead the campus in participatory and energetic worship while building, empowering and training teams of musicians, artists, and leaders who will enhance and never detract from the message.

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for creative use of the arts in support of weekly worship services and all other church ministry activities (including planning, design, and production)
• Lead a team of paid staff and volunteers in the development of infrastructure to support use of the arts in all areas of the church.
• Function as a specialist in the areas of music and creative arts, supporting all areas of ministry within the church.
• Plan, design, and produce weekly adult worship services.
• Recruit, train, equip, and direct musicians, vocalists, technical/creative artists in production of weekly worship services and periodic special events.
• Provide arts support, as needed, in the production of all special events and other church activities.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Prior experience leading a worship team
• Spiritually aligned with the mission and value of Be Hope Church
• Strong leadership skills and a solid work ethic
• Passion and talent required to recruit and develop teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
