Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Position Description
The Executive/Administrative Pastor serves in leadership over the business functions of Living Hope Church and succeeds by applying sound Biblical principles in the development and execution of strategies to improve the health and function of the Church. This position is responsible for leading the business, finance, facility, and human resource work, while engaging closely with staff, volunteers, and partners to leverage ministry effectiveness.
