Pastor directs religious services and all daily operations of an organization. Provides spiritual leadership, guidance, and assistance to members. Being a Pastor supervises church staff and associated administrative businesses to ensure operational needs are met. Designs and oversees outreach and educational programs and events to support the community. Additionally, Pastor coordinates volunteers to ensure community outreach goals are fulfilled. Performs religious services, leads prayer, and conducts worship. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a regional or chapter manager. The Pastor typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. As the Worship Pastor you will lead our congregation in powerfully engaging, highly experiential worship services that direct people into life-changing encounters with God. You will be able to plan and execute weekend worship services at Willow North Shore in collaboration and alignment with the Central Arts & Worship team. You will lead a volunteer team and staff Production Manager in the execution of each service, managing the process to move ideas into excellent service elements and oversee each weekend experience. In addition, the Worship Pastor will manage the logistics and budgets of the weekend services.

The salary range for this position is around $62,000 - $84,000 depending on experience and skill set.
