OBJECTIVE
This position will work under the direction of the campus pastor and alongside the Worship and Production team to lead and create engaging and excellent worship environments at one of our multisite locations. The position will also be responsible for investing time and energy into all Worship and production Dream Teamers at his assigned campus. This involves onboarding, developing, training, encouraging, and motivating volunteers for the various creative arts teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In particular, the Waynesboro Campus Worship Pastor will report directly to the Campus Pastor while
being accountable to the Central Worship Pastor and working to provide leadership in the areas
of the Creative Arts Team and the Waynesboro Campus. More specifically, this involves:

Waynesboro Worship Pastor Responsibilites
- Work with and under the direction of the Campus Pastor
- Weekly Campus staff meetings
- Work closely with campus staff to ensure that worship environments are in sync
with the campus as a whole
- Be visible and engaged sitting in the front row during the message in each of the
worship services on Sunday, as well as in the lobby following each worship service
- Oversee all audio/video and musical elements pertaining to the auditorium
- Lead the campus worship & production dream teams with excitement and vision
- Music scheduled for all services should be chosen, charted, and loaded in PCO at
least two weeks prior to the scheduled weekend service
- Schedule all volunteers at least six weeks in advance through PCO
- Maintain and test all equipment related to the worship service at the campus
- Set up the auditorium for Sunday services including backline gear, mixing board scene preparation, and stage layouts
- Prepare click sessions for weekend services
- Conduct auditions, schedule team rotations, and provide ongoing training for
volunteers
- Obtain feedback from volunteers and execute systems and workflows that equip
them to serve with excellence
- Receive development and training from Central Worship Pastor
