Pastor directs religious services and all daily operations of an organization. Provides spiritual leadership, guidance, and assistance to members. Being a Pastor supervises church staff and associated administrative businesses to ensure operational needs are met. Designs and oversees outreach and educational programs and events to support the community. Additionally, Pastor coordinates volunteers to ensure community outreach goals are fulfilled. Performs religious services, leads prayer, and conducts worship. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a regional or chapter manager. The Pastor typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Is responsible for working on and developing content for message series with the Senior Pastor.
Is responsible for providing leadership and connecting at their Outpost
Is responsible for leading the Outpost and using our Central Team as described in the Playbook.
Staff Relationship
Accountable to the Executive Pastor, who will supervise, set goals, encourage and evaluate. Practice Matthew 18 and show 100% support in all decisions made as a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Biblical teaching / training preferred. Relational skills with the ability to build and work in team based structures. Effective communicator both written and verbal.
Be of high moral and spiritual integrity.
Experience leading teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Carries out the vision and mission of One Church “praying for One”
Responsible for all guest connections at our services (Information, Get Connected, etc.)
Weekly follow-up with all those indicating wanting to attend , baptism, etc.
Helps guest get connected through this connecting them to groups, volunteering and next steps. Connects with ministries of that Outpost regarding - wins, challenges, issues, needs, etc. Weekly evaluates the guest service experience and comes up with ways we can improve. Recruit, train, equip and deploy volunteers to a specific ministry through Get Connected. Provides weekly reports with: attendance, baptism, guests, wins, concerns to Executive Pastor. Does a weekly walk through of the facilities to address issues as they arise.

A problem solver when issues arise making people on our Central Team aware of issues. Works hard setting the example for all pastor and ministry leaders.
