Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of state regulations governing assisted living facilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
