Pastoral Care Director - Healthcare develops programs and oversees services designed to meet the religious and spiritual needs of patients, their families, and healthcare staff. Ensures that pastoral services are staffed so that chaplains are available to support patients and families facing difficult medical choices. Being a Pastoral Care Director - Healthcare establishes policies and procedures to facilitate optimal service delivery and ensure that emotional support, spiritual counsel, and comfort are provided. Evaluates and reviews records of counseling sessions and visitation logs to ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards. Additionally, Pastoral Care Director - Healthcare plans and coordinates with other clergy to conduct interfaith worship experiences. May perform the duties of a chaplain. Requires a master's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Pastoral Care Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Pastoral Care Director - Healthcare typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. As a Customer care director, you will support multiple physician practices across the country as the first point of contact with our patients as well as handling critical, centralized processes.     Responsibilites
    • Ability to use and interpret data to monitor complex processes.
    • Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures.
    • Identify trends and recommend appropriate solutions to continuously improve performance and drive engagement.
    • Oversee and lead our customer care team while creating a productive, high-energy, and achievement oriented environment.
    Qualifications
    • Strong leader with at least 5-10 years of experience managing a large team in a successful environment, preferrably in a company's early stages or start up company.
    • Experience working in high volume customer service or call center environment.
    • Experience with Inbound communications and Incontact software highly desired.
    • Ability to identify, coach and measure critical core competencies and essential performance metrics for your team.
    • Passion for helping and supporting those that struggle with mental health.
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently make appropriate decisions while juggling multiple priorities.
    • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and driven.
    • Refined customer service skills, communication skills and critical problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable communicating with all levels of professionals.
