Warwick Child Care Center, Inc is interviewing for a full time Director in our Pottstown, PA Child Care Center. This center provides care for children ranging in age from infants through elementary years in a high-quality environment. Our sites are STAR 4 and NAEYC Accredited. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team to fill this rewarding position. Job Description:

The Director is responsible for providing leadership in the day to day operations of the program including:

• Educational planning and implementation
• Accounting, payroll, budgeting, attendance
• Fostering family partnerships
• Human resources and supervision
• Ongoing monitoring and self-assessment

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough and organized with the ability to manage in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of Keystone Star 4, NAEYC, Pre-K Counts and Early Head Start standards.
• Director's credential from PA Keys is a plus or the willingness to earn.
• Knowledge of Creative Curriculum.

The position requires:

• BS Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Degree in a related field with 30 ECE credits.
• Three years of experience with children.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
