Applicants also must have a minimum of one to four years of experience with interviewing inventors, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications, including overcoming rejections under 35 U.S.C. §101.

Successful applicants will be self-starters, will be able to work independently in a team environment and multi-task, and will have excellent communication skills, superb writing skills, and a strong work ethic.

The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and provides for direct client contact. Law firm experience and Arizona Bar admission strongly preferred.

Pay: $72,140.26 - $86,878.59 per year
