Position: Worker’s Compensation Trial Attorney

Location: Southern California, primarily Los Angeles and Orange County

Your Role:

- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, and briefs and multiple various correspondence
- Represent clients in negotiations, depositions,,, and court proceedings
- Provide legal counsel on a wide range of issues regarding CA Workers Compensation laws
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' interests
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Proficient in conducting legal research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
- Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts
- Proven ability to negotiate and litigate on behalf of clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
