Receive docket communication from various sources.Review and identify data for entry using the firm's docket software application.

Maintain quality control of docket data.Prepare routine and special request reports.Interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of U.S. and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution.Requirements : 4 years of prior experience with all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution docket.

Familiarity with USPTO, eTEAS, TARR, SAEGIS, PAIR, TESS, TSDR, and TTAB systems.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to manage time effectively under pressure.

4 years of prior intellectual property docket experience.Experience with Foundation IP (FIP) docket software application.

Prior experience using i-Manage FileSite and MS Excel preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and daily workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Certifications : Patent Agent registration is required.Skills : Proficient in using the firm's docket software application.

Strong understanding of U.S. and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution.Familiarity with USPTO and related systems.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Professional communication skills at all organizational levels.Prior experience with Foundation IP (FIP) and i-Manage FileSite is a plus.
