We are an entrepreneurial intellectual property (“IP”) law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced registered patent attorney(s) to join our team and work directly with the owner, attorneys and staff to support the team and help our clients. We are known for providing IP solutions to our clients and not just IP services. We need a registered patent attorney with the correct mindset and experience who can hit the ground running. Make no mistake about it, we provide quality work to our clients and we expect nothing less from our attorneys and staff. 

Attention to detail is paramount and the person we hire must be willing to “play all in” with being a team player. Remember, the ultimate responsibility for attorney’s work product is the attorney and not the support staff.

Salary will be based on your level of experience with drafting patent applications, responding to patent office actions, knowledge of the PCT process, etc. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

We love to help people learn and grow. But we don’t have the time for that right now. We need a registered patent attorney with experience. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding.

We will also consider experienced patent agents.

Ideally, though not required, a preferred candidate is one who can also assist with litigation and trademarks.
