The Patient Accounts/Appeals Specialist for NC Hope Center is responsible for the accurate and timely billing of all services (MORES, BHUC, and FBC) out of ENRG to ensure all revenue is collected. The Patient Accounts/Appeals Specialist will train front office staff on finance functions related to admissions, including the verifying, processing and updating of all client insurance information and posting this information to the electronic file. The Patient Accounts/Appeals Specialist will assist with credentialing, re-credentialing and contracting of insurance providers, as well as, submitting single case agreements. This position is a hybrid model with work from home hours and will receive guidance from the corporate Patient Accounts Manager and Contracts Manager as needed.
