Responsible for monitoring and reporting on overall quality, safety and value performance in support of annual goals. Maintains a management portfolio of assigned strategic quality programs, and serves as a role model, mentor and resource to program staff members. This role requires attention to detail, strong data analysis and interpersonal skills, abiility to collaborate across all health system team members, and presentation skills.
