Position Summary:
In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health the Patient Registrar is a position that supports the Sequoia Hospital professional caregiver's through the clerical functions related to patient registration insurance verification financial assistance information Point of Service Collections data input and record keeping. This position may have access to third party credit card information and transactional systems (cash registers point of sales devices applications supporting credit card transactions and reports or other documents containing credit card information) from multiple transactions or reports and/or files containing bulk transactional information containing unencrypted or un-redacted credit card information and are required to comply with the Dignity Health credit card handling process.
