Job Description:

We are looking for a “people-person” who can get the job done accurately in a fast-paced work environment. If you are good at customer service and are a detail oriented person this job is perfect for you. Professional Eyecare Associates is seeking an entry level front office candidate with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Wide range of administrative support duties include but are not limited to handling day to day patient interactions (answering phones, greeting patients and scheduling appointments, insurance verification/authorizations), and assisting in other areas of the practice. Engaging personality with good people skills is essential. One year of customer service experience (in any industry) or in the field of optometry is strongly favored but we will train right candidate without experience. Pay depends on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
