Working with multi-disciplinary teams may make recommendations for improvements to the patient experience. Additionally, Patient Representative may participate in discharge processes or administer patient satisfaction surveys. Follows all applicable regulations regarding patient information privacy policies. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Professional Eyecare Associates is seeking an entry level front office candidate with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Wide range of administrative support duties include but are not limited to handling day to day patient interactions (answering phones, greeting patients and scheduling appointments, insurance verification/authorizations), and assisting in other areas of the practice. Engaging personality with good people skills is essential. One year of customer service experience (in any industry) or in the field of optometry is strongly favored but we will train right candidate without experience. Pay depends on experience.
