Responsibilities:
- Process new production orders from beginning to end
- Operate our custom tailor-made shutter software program
- Communicate with front office staff for billing and scheduling
- Communicate with management with any order discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain confidentiality of client account information at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Processor or in a similar role
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate calculations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic math principles for calculating deductions on order entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual is a plus - Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
