Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work modified hours on short notice.
Ability to communicate across departments professionally.
At least 3 years in the injection molding industry.
Ability to lift 50lbs, stand, bend and sit for extended periods.
Ability to communicate with all levels of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Able to use measuring tools to determine that Quality Assurance specifications are mer.
Preferred Skills
Training in the basics of scientific molding, or 3 years staff/floor support in injection molding.
