Job Summary :

We have an immediate opening for an Insurance Payment Processor to work full-time providing support services to our office staff. The ideal candidate will have dental, medical or other health-care insurance experience and the ability to read and understand a patient's Benefits & Eligibility document or Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). The candidate will work with other team members maintaining an insurance database by either updating/editing existing plans or creating new ones for each of our patients. :

Qualifications and Skills :

• Must be extremely detail-oriented and have excellent time management :

• Basic math and computer skills are required :

• 1 years' experience verifying different types of dental insurance plans (HMO's/PPO's) is preferred :

• Experience with dental practice management software, preferably Dentrix, and Google Drive a plus :

Responsibilities :

• Communicate promptly and effectively with office staff and team members via company email :

• Editing :

• Confirm Insurance Plan submission forms are correctly completed with plan benefits and eligibility details listed submitted verification documents (i.e. coverage percentages, deductibles, and/or coverage maximums) :

• Enter plan details (limitations and exceptions) using specified template for providers' reference :

• Maintain a database of plan documents for reference, using Google Drive :
