Position Purpose :
The Electronic Services Specialist is versed in back-office functions and provides support for electronic services provided by the credit union.
Maintains continuity of all functions pertaining to electronic operations including ACH and check processing, card transactions, payments, member accounts (maintenance, online openings, deceased processing, etc.
online and mobile banking, and variations of other internal tasks in accordance with all credit union policies and procedures.

Two years operations / electronic support / customer service experience, preferably with a financial institution.
