Payment Nerds is looking for highly motivated & self-driven Spanish Speaking Sales Account Managers to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing team. MUST SPEAK SPANISH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain sales experience and earn significant income in an inside sales environment. We generate plenty of inbound calls and leads from our marketing efforts to set you up for success. This inside sales position provides you with a base salary package and monthly commission potential that will make your combined salary fall between $ 65K and $ 90K in the first year of employment. Through our extensive paid training program, we will teach you all of the techniques necessary to be successful! We are here to help you sell more products and make more money!

What You'll Do:

• Complete our extensive sales training which includes product knowledge, over-the-phone sales techniques, and mastering our lead management system.
• Increase profit by closing inbound calls and web leads utilizing our proven sales techniques.
• Consistently exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by educating business owners on the features and benefits of the products and services we provide, responding to questions and overcoming objections, and accurately updating our lead management system.

What It Takes To Rock This Role:

• A college degree or previous sales experience is required.
• A competitive drive to be successful and be at the top of our sales board.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and highly motivated team player.
• Desire to work in a fun, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills.

This is an in-office position. Pay includes base salary and commissions.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to Tennessee. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
