Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience assisting customers and providing the highest level of service.
• Prior experience reviewing claims and supporting claim adjusters (preferred).
• Experience handling inbound calls from customers or service centers to resolve claim payment disputes claim statuses (preferred).
