The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer with finance operations at Clinical Management Consultants. CMC is seeking enthusiastic candidates who have previous experience with processing payments, overseeing billing and collections, invoice generation as well as managing delinquent accounts. Experience with tax compliance is also highly preferred. 

The Payroll Administrator will have excellent communication and customer service skills and should be prepared to write checks, collaborate with tax agencies and spearhead payroll processes. The Payroll Administrator should possess a high level of attention to detail and keep detailed records of accounts. Previous experience with managing a large number of accounts is preferred for this role. ThePayroll Administrator should also be prepared to speak with clients and staff members regarding payroll processing and account setup. Previous experience in any of the following will be considered for the role: finance, accounting, administrative services, payroll processing, high volume billing and collections.
