Payroll Auditor jobs in the United States

Spectra360 has partnered with a well-established company located in Vacaville. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated employee for a Temporary Payroll Auditor position. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of payroll/data entry experience! This is a great opportunity to work in a team environment! Immediate opening, apply TODAY!

Pay: $25.00/hr. to $26.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm

NOTE: This is a temporary position with the possibility of temp to hire but no guarantee.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting, reviewing, auditing and entering weekly field and office timesheets for 100 employees to ensure originals have been submitted to the corporate payroll department.
• Will enter timesheet details on a payroll audit spreadsheet.

Required Skills :

• 2 years of data entry and/or payroll experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a PLUS!
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• 10 key - Must type 40 wpm.
