American Imperial Fence, Inc is a small business in Ozark, AL /Fence Company/.

Office Manager/Payroll Clerk will be responsible for recording and maintaining the company's daily financial transactions, prepare reports, run payroll, make payments and any other office duties as assigned. This position offers pay ranging between $30-35k, while working a Monday-Friday daytime schedule. This is a Direct Hire position in the Ozark, AL area.

Job Description:

• Perform bookkeeping for all financial transactions
• Process employee and subcontractor payroll
• Responsible for daily entry of accounting transactions
• Processed accounts payable invoices
• Must be proficient with QuickBooks
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate utmost ethical conduct while handling confidential financial documents
• Make phone calls or send letters to those late in payment
• This job includes switchboard answering, receptionist duties, office supply management, mail handling

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED / Degree in accounting/finance preferred but not required
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management preferred but not required.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office

· Strong communication, attention to detail, and accuracy

· Experience in accounts payable preferred but not required
