As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple clients with multiple pay schedules: Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Semi-Monthly
Duties:
- Process payroll for employees using QuickBooks and ADP.
- Verify and enter employee hours, wages, and deductions
- Review and verify accuracy of payroll data before processing
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements via email to multiple clients
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
Skills:
- Experience in QuickBooks and ADP software for payroll processing is a MUST
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Understanding of governmental accounting regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
