Payroll Clerk, Sr. jobs in Maine

We have a full-time, permanent position available for an individual in our Front Office. The Payroll Clerk/HR Assistant will be responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining personnel files, managing benefit plans and will maintain records and regularly scheduled reporting. The Ideal candidate should have excellent office and organizational skills, familiarity with multi-line phone systems, proficient with Microsoft Office software, ability to multi-task and communicate well with the public and employees. Experience or knowledge of Proliant ReadyPay and Excel a plus

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma

2 plus years’ experience in either private or public Human Resources preferred.

Cives Steel New England Division is located in Augusta, Maine and is the largest supplier of fabricated structural steel in New England. We provide steel for large commercial and industrial projects.
